Had a window issue (automatic window wouldn't close) on my Explorer. Took it to Kelowna Ford and they didn't know how to fix it (and said it wouldn't be warranty). Dropped into Orchard Ford and Dave the service manager said no problem. Fixed it in 10 minutes with no charge!

The parts department was very helpful. Comunication was excellent, to identify the correct part they emailed me a ford diagram of the parts in the area I kneaded. They ordered the part and I picked it up 2 days later. Good job!!!
