A lot of places can change your oil, but this place will change your life. Here's the story... After my most recent oil change, not only did the truck run better - they vacuumed and wiped down the dashboard and everything making it look brand new again! When the wife sat in the truck, she was super impressed with the cleaning job I had of course completed myself (wink, wink). She told me "well, it looks like you're not as useless as I thought." And I felt like the luckiest man alive. I've been waiting decades for a compliment from this woman, and I thinks that's as close as I may ever get. Thanks Bannister!

I wanted to say it was a 10 out of 10 on repairs for 04 gmc Envoy.Ella and the team did an exceptional job on bringing my envoy back to life (I'm sorry, I don't remember all their names). Originally I was sticker shocked by over $5k in repairs but the team worked hard to look at after market parts instead, bringing repair price down to $3k instead.When I went to pick up my vehicle, it wouldn't start and Ella and the Technician found that the battery had died at that exact moment. They then scrambled to get me back up and running with a new battery so I could take it home an hour after.The team also took the time to clean my vehicle inside and out (except for cargo but I'm not mad since it was a great surpise)It runs like a dream and has never driven and sounded so great in a long time. I fell back in love with my envoy as a result. Spent an hour of them looking over my car, worked out a deal, told me to come back in the morning to finalize as it was almost the end of the day. Went in at appointment time waited another 30 mins for the sales manager to all of a sudden find something he apparently didn't notice before and tries to lower his offer. Huge waste of time.

The only place that allows you to do a transmission oil change on a Allison transmission is there . There is no dip stick or nothing. I was really hesitant to go there since there left the screws out of my air box last time i service it there and drove 10000 kilometers with a loose air box . Only find out on my next oil change. 1 months after my transmission oil change. My transmission blew up . My truck have been there for 6 months now. They are telling me I should get a new truck so I get warranty again because they are saying my transmission will probably blow again. But the new truck are built exactly same. So I only have 2 options. Keep my lemon gmc 2022 duramax that the transmission will blow again.Or give them my 2022 duramax lemon that don't even work get a new lemon duramax that is the same truck that will blow a transmission again.

I was booked in for a $99.95 tire changeover offer. I ended up paying more than expected, $184.47, because the amount included an oil change with labour costs. That didn't make any sense to me. When I had asked Taylor Mossop if there was an oil change done he positively confirmed it and said I asked for one. I did not ask for that at all and told him so. He more or less shrugged his shoulders at it and quoted the amount due again.In order to pay the amount due, I had to borrow funds from my daughter.I have a limited amount of money I am able to use on a monthly basis due to it being a disability income and I do my best to budget the items I use the funds for each day. Spending more than I had allotted for was, and still is, frustrating to me.Thankfully, after calling the dealership and speaking with a very helpful floor salesperson, i was able to catch the last shuttle with the wonderful Kristina who made sure I was able to get back to the shop to get my vehicle. Huge thanks to her for being a very pleasant employee and the best part of my experience with the Bannister Cadillac Buick GMC Kelowna company!!!As a disabled woman, I am very unhappy with the service I received and I would not provide a rating of anything higher than a completely dissatisfied. This is the second service I've had with this company and, even after a long and arduous experience, I decided to give the service department a second chance only to be dealt with another bad experience. A tire changeover usually takes an hour or, at the most, two - I've not had that luxury with this service department again. First time, they said leave the car and they'd get to it - 10h30 was when I left it and I wasn't able to pick up the vehicle until roughly 16h50. The same thing was done with this appointment - left the car at 13h00 and wasn't able to get it until again after 16h50ish.Why book appointments if a person only has to wait for hours and hours to get their vehicles back... there's literally no need for the appointment slot when the service department treats each vehicle as though it's a FCFS shop.I have said all I'm to going say and, as a result, at this point I can honestly say I am not going to be using the service department again. I was fully taken advantage of and don't appreciate it.

If you test drive a vehicle, make sure you take it to mr lube and have the air conditioner fluid checked. They will scam you on it. This place is not reputable.

I recently had a service done on my vehicle. 1st time at Bannister for servicing on my Rogue. And what an awesome job they did!!! Sooo appreciated, and I'd like to thank all involved. So, big thank you's to Grace, Taylor, Nelson, and Derek!!!! And to whomever cleaned my car till it sparkled, a huge thank u!!! Highly recommend Bannister GM Kelowna for any service work needed! What a great experience and crew!!

The service team are very helpful and only suggest items to be completed that actually need to be done. No up selling from these guys.Effective, Friendly and a pleasure to deal with!!
