we bought a watch today from Kelowna Guess and noticed afterwards that one of the dials on watch had a fallen hand. Jorin was very helpful and fixed it for us! Great customer service. all staff was kind and helpful

Wow! Never have I been to the Guess Kelowna store and had such a positive experience. It started with actually being greeted when walking in, the ladies were beyond helpful when trying to help us find a tape measure to measure a duffel bag. Jojo searched the back for different backpacks to match the duffel bag in color! She’s an absolute gem of a salesperson! She is nice, personable and a down to earth human! Would 100% shop here anytime she is working. Thanks for all the help!
