My wife and I visited this location and were very taken aback by the prices of the pieces for sale.Other locations that we have gone to throughout western Canada were actually reasonable with their pricing. This makes me seriously question if this is actually a non-profit location. Upwards of $500 for a dining set that is missing pieces and chipped and scuffed is ridiculous. This is not going to help those in need at all.Someone is lining their pockets obviously

They tend to close 5-10min early. Making it frustrating when you already know what you want to buy and just want to do a quick pick up.

Love this place. There is always something I need. Every purchase helps our community. We recently purchased a few doors and used them as a wall for outside.

Sometimes they have good pieces but the prices are ridiculous! I understand that it supports a good cause but the prices are significantly more than even value village. An end table there (with damage) was priced for $45 and I had got a nearly identical one (without damage) for $7.50 from the west kelowna store. Clear;y used loveseats for $400 is ridiculous.

LOVE this store. All of the stores around BC and AB. Perfect for DIYs and random furniture. When I need random things I always come here. You'll almost always find something you need for a project.

Very disappointed ?. I have donated to Kelowna Restore numerous high quality items. Including high end furniture. Sports equipment including Kayaks. I was given a 10% discount card each time a donation was dropped off at the rear. Resenty I was denied the 10% savings, as I was saving the discount for a worth while item!. I was told the card had expired and the discount program was no longer offered. Most disappointed in management that was notified by the staff, refused to consider the loyalty of my donations and support.I refuse to donate to Restore. Disappointed on the fact that products are receied for Free, and this organization could not pass on a discount based on loyalty.Apollo.Kelowna.

Absolutely awful. Some guy at the store told me I couldn’t enter because they were “closing soon” and I said that the store was open for 10 more minutes and his response was “our clocks work a little different here”.I get it you want to go home but this was the only time I could make it. If you close your store 4:50pm you should change it to 4:50pm. Like is there a specific time I need to arrive in order to be allowed into the store. Horrible way to run a business.

My only complaint is that some of the stuff is WAAY overpriced! Especially electronics and power tools. West Kelowna store has significantly better prices.

Only 1 cashier and 4 people in line. Waited for 15min for the 1st person to buy 2 items after the cashier had to call around the store to see what the price was. I left when they had to call again for the next person in line to find a price.

Long time shopper, love the hunt of a good thrift store. Kelowna is clearly very generous with its high end items as this store always has beautiful stuff.

I really do love this store, I just wish they would price their furniture like a thrift store should. Over priced and over valued ...not all antique furniture is worth hundreds of dollars.
