Recently bought a new car through Harmony Honda and although the initial service was great, we love the car but the follow up managerial service was horrible. We bought a pre-owned vehicle that apparently had a 360 degree inspection inside and out, however, whoever took the website photos deliberately left out a dent on the passenger rear side. We notified the dealer we had dealt with immediately (the day after we brought it home) about the dent and if there was something they could do about it. We arranged a meeting so that the "manager" could take a look at it personally. We brought the car in only to have them rub their coat against the paint of the dirty vehicle but also to waste our time and say there is nothing they will do for us. The only thing they offered was their 30-day exchange policy and a referral to a shop they deal with due to it not affecting the vehicles performance. They wouldn't even cover a partial of the cost for it to be repaired. I love the car and I would have bought it either way but honestly, this dealership needs to figure out their follow up customer service. We weren't asking in the thousands to be fixed , you could have covered a fraction of the cost (which is not that much) to keep a customer happy who spent $18k on a car and avoid a bad review. It also apparently went through a full mechanical inspection but I have a pulley or 2 squealing (obviously worn out) that was never fixed. I now have to cover the cost of all these things out of my pocket. Maybe it would be a different experience if it was a brand new car but that shouldn't matter.*Update*Received a call from someone after we posted our review and the dent was still disregarded. We were offered 100% full buy back which is not what we wanted and were also offered for the "noise" to simply just be looked at. That's a waste of time if I'll end up having to pay to fix a problem that should have been addressed already before being sold to someone.

Took my vehicle in for a safety recall inspection for a rear frame c-crossmember corrosion. Safety letter specified that "dealer will perform the recall service free of charge." Went to another Honda dealership this year to learn that the safety recall notice was still on my file, and had not been performed. I also learned that the personnel had avoided other responsibilities as simple as not changing the air filter. I do not recommend this establishment, as they lied to my face. They said they did work on the C-frame via punch test and did nothing, among other inspection duties.

Never buy used car from them, they are the most dishonest dealership in Kelowna for used cars. I spent $20000 on a used car and $3000 for extended warranty, then I ended up rebuilding my engine and re-ring it twice under my cost( $4000 and another $3000), plus towing for $500 each time and missing works. Then I ended up getting rid of that garbage in one year by losing $15000.00 plus $7000.00 rebuild cost. They destroyed my financial stability for 2 years. And they don’t cover a nickel even they sold me the warranty. Garage, dishonest service there

Thanks to Greg for putting in time to find a “newer” pre owned model SUV. He was patient and understanding along the way. In the end, we decided to buy a new CRV hybrid (comfortable runabout vehicle). Greg took the time to explain to us the hybrid system, different option and features. The entire Harmony Honda staff were accommodating and friendly. A special thanks to Kelly in the finance department as well, much appreciated.The Louttit’s?

Excellent work and communication with clients you can be safe and don't worry about your car, place where I would trust to give my car again, they have lots of needed equipment and knowledges to maintain proper repairs
