Will not be going back! I had THE WORST shopping experience here today. Normally all the staff are very welcoming but sadly not today. Upon entry into the store...my 3 year son started to sing Christmas carols (which most people find very heart warming). The lady at the till told us we were disturbing everyone and told us to be quiet...I was blown away by the coldness of this lady. I responded back by saying "I'm not encouraging it". Omg my kiddo is the sweetest little boy and it wasn't as if he was running around the store like a hooligan! I would never think to talk to a customer of mine like that. Very dissapointed and hurt. Bad bad customer service today!

Same clothing for months! Prices are on par with value village, way too high for used (donated stuff) money seems to pay wages for their executive employees to go golfing and to out of town “seminars” I’ll support other charities instead

Prices are to high for used items!!!!I can understand inflation, but these prices are expensive. Especially for people who are on a fixed income and looking to save.I can go and buy a brand new article of clothing for the same price that’s being charging for a used clothing. You are a nonprofit organization not corporate.Staff doesn’t seem very friendly and approachable. Definitely not a place I will shop at anymore.

Great thrift store for new homeowners looking for the basics. Got a nice TV stand for $50, a beautifully working toaster oven for $15, and a bunch of other kitchen stuff for a very affordable price

I LOVE gospel mission thrift. Always find unique pieces of furniture, homes goods and clothing there. Spencer, one of the associates is always there to help, he has carried items to the car for me and always made sure I was happy with a purchase. All the other volunteers and customers respond well to him and his kindness.

Kelowna Gospel Mission Thrift Store is a great place to shop! The floor layout is organized well, which helps when trying to locate the things you’re looking for. The quality of goods being offered is great! Everything is good quality and in really great condition. The prices are amazing!!! The staff is helpful and polite. This is one of my favourite thrift stores for shopping in Kelowna. I love the fact that my dollars go to support those in the greatest need I our community.
