Red haired Lady there talked to me like I was 5. Then when I asked for the receipt in case I had an issue with the cart I was buying, they looked and me kinda funny and she said "most people just have an account". You should be offering a receipt with every cart in case there is an issue like I (and the other lady with the 1-star on here) have had in the past.

I have to comment on this business. The employees are unbelievable very knowledgeable on every product in the store. They are well versed on what to recommend to you. The store is very well maintained and makes you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. If I could rate a 10 I would. I fully recommend that you visit this business. The prices on all products are the lowest I have ever seen. Delivery service is available also. Go for a visit you will be surprised!

i bought a cartridge from them (a cartridge i have bought several times with no issues) and within a week it exploded and leaked everything out of it, being a basically new cartridge i immediately called them and took photos that i could and explained what happened. was told i could get a refund or exchange the next morning over the phone. i came in and the manger (not the one i talked to on the phone) told me that it was my fault (when this has never happened to me before) and would not honour what her employee told me over the phone and that all she could offer me was 15% off if i bought something at that moment. she was extremely rude i wont be going there here again because of her. (the boys i have talked to in the past have been nice) she was incredibly unhelpful and ignorant. unfortunate because i liked the service there before this.

I went to there yesterday. I’m not good at speak English but, a store clerk was so nice and kind to me! Very clear and explained things in a way that I could understand even me. I really appreciate it!
