I highly recommend Lazy Boy.My whole house from bedrooms , living room, dining room, family room is completely furnished with Lazy Boy furniture. My latest is custom bar stools for my new kitchen.The designer Dianne and sales associate Cathy are fantastic to work with.The wait time for the furniture is well worth the wait.10/10 to all the staff.Very friendly, approachable and not commission driven sales associates.Customer comes first.

Bought a Loveseat Recliner back on May 2023, our sales rep-Jane Mcgillis was absolutely great. She took the time needed with the information regarding the Loveseat. When it finally arrived a couple months later the delivery was good. A week later my wife & I noticed that it was very wobbly ? Talked with Jane and she got a Service Tech appointment set-up.Cam Robinson arrived Aug 17 and was prepared, tool box in hand. After locking-in the Back Rests ( one wasn't locked-in ) and re-tighten all the Bolts ( some very loose ) he gave the whole Loveseat a look-over, All good. Cam showed me how to properly remove the Back-Rest and re-attach them. I was very impressed with Jane & Cam,Both of those employees are valuable to La-Z-Boy Kelowna and management would be wise to keep them.Much thanks, Tom & Jackie Prokop.

I recently furnished my apartment with the help of Jane and Dianne from La-z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Kelowna. It was such a excellent experience. They were both very accomodating and always made sure I was well informed on the status of my order. Their knowledge and creativity with respect to interior design made the whole process fun and effortless. I would also like to say how pleased I am with the delivery of the furniture. They were friendly and very careful handling everything. All in all my experience was absolutely perfect. Thank you La-z-boy Kelowna!

The showroom is always full of quality La-Z-Boy furniture. The team at the Gallery are very knowledgeable. I dealt with Jane on this day, and she is very good at her job. I have owned Lazyboy furniture for several years and would not hesitate to buy from the Kelowna Gallery.

If you want to see the true meaning of a great family run business, go to La-Z-boy Kelowna. I worked there for a while, and from day one they made me feel like family. Every sale is personal for them, and quality is number one priority. The time I spent working there was by far my best working experience while living in Kelowna. They extend that feeling to customers, which is why customers return again and again. I really can't say enough good stuff about them, and I do miss them.?

Brianne was our sales person and was a pleasure to deal with. We needed all new furniture upon moving to Kelowna. She helped us through the purchasing process to ensure we had the right sized furniture for our new Condo and helped us with colours and fabrics. After a 7 month wait, she kept us up to date on the status of our order. She ensured our delivery day went seamless. After delivery she has kept on top of any minor deficiencies we experienced. Overall one of the best retail sales people I have dealt with. We love our furniture and would recommend La Z Boy and Brianne at the Kelowna store to anyone.

Our sales rep Brianne was very helpful, she went thru numerous options that would help meet our specific needs. The store itself offers many options. No complaints. The store is centrally located, not difficult to find.

Be wary buying from here. Make sure you check everything over before you sign to take delivery should you choose to order, even if you have to waste the delivery people's time to do so. Especially with their “Essential Home Furnishings” business because apparently there is no type of warranty against manufacturer defects on that furniture. Find a different vendor that sells what you want. Very expensive and they will blame you for anything wrong with the pieces unless you catch it the day of delivery.We did originally have a good shopping experience in the store and this review is no way a reflection on our salesperson, who was lovely. But it's always easy to treat people with kindness before they have forked over thousands of dollars. It's how you treat them afterward that is a true reflection.Edit in response to vendor reply:In response to your reply, I have changed my review to tell people to be wary, to check the order very closely, and let people know there is no warranty on the furniture. We just assumed there would be and should have asked I guess. Your are correct, telling people not to shop there at all was a bit harsh, although not totally unwarranted.That said, splitting wood on solid wood furniture after 10 months is not wear and tear. That is ridiculous and absurd. We have not moved the furniture from where your people set it up and the back legs appear to have cracking pieces (you conveniently ignored those photos in your email to me) and one piece across the back is cracking. This could be superficial, not structural, and we thought you would work with us to figure that out instead of just insulting us. The marks on the front are predominantly underneath the stain. This can be difficult to ascertain in pictures but, again, had you chosen to work with us you would have realized that instead of just chalking everything up to "wear and tear". Which is just a total cop out. The one drawer has horizontal cracks that show the manufacture attempted to repair. You cherry picked which photos you responded to and ignored the rest. I stand by my review.I will add that we had a good experience with our lazyboy couch overall. It took forever, arriving 5 months after the bedroom furniture, but we expected that. And that is not in the store’s control, given the times we are living in, so I never held that against the store. The couch arrived with two pieces that had threading coming out (the pieces didn’t get finished properly to tie off the ends). Again, never held this against the store because the store doesn’t make the product (although maybe this should have been our first clue that their "thorough" inspections before and at the time of delivery are maybe not so). The couch was repaired since we did notice it right away and Lazyboy has decent warranty so the store actually didn't get to make the call on that. Thank goodness.However, to be told that cracking solid wood furniture after 10 months is OUR fault (and on the back side no less) is honestly outrageous.
