I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Today I Dropped off a prescription to be filled at 5:15 while I shopped and was told it would be at least hour and a half. After I purchased my groceries and loaded them in the car, it was 35 minutes. I decided to go home and unload the groceries and drive back later to pick them up. My husband went to pick them up an hour and 45 minutes after the prescription after the prescription was dropped off (as she said at least an hour and a half) and as he was walking up to the counter, she turned the lights off and said to him “we close at 7” and shut the gate down and walked away. To be fair, it was exactly 7:00. My mistake was thinking the pharmacy hours were the same as the store hours, and assumed that I would be given more than 10 minute grace period to pick them up.The prescription was something that should have been started right away for my kid and my choice now was to delay his treatment or go and take up valuable resources in the ER department.I chose this pharmacy as my home pharmacy as I thought it convenient but every time I have had to pick things up, they either aren’t ready, or the medications can’t be filled for a whole month because they have had to ration them between multiple clients. This meant I had to come every two weeks and pay a dispensing fee each time.This prescription is the last time I will do business with Loblaws pharmacy.I had to get a prescription filled at our hospital pharmacy and another time at a small nearby pharmacy and each of those were filled within 20 minutes.***UPDATE***I returned at opening next day and surprise surprise. They were NOT ready. The staff that was working were lovely and asked if I had some shopping to do and come back. When I explained my experience the day before, the tech overheard me and said she was able to prepare it in under 5 minutes. I was greatful and appreciative to todays staff, but am still so disappointed in the overall service from each encounter.Do better Loblaws.

WORST PHARMACY in Kelowna. Went in for a prescription today ONLY to be told it would take 3hours or longer, & that they don't carry my prescription???Can honestly say I've never experienced that before with a pharmacy, until today.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in town. Incompetent staff that are rude, calling and badgering me with specific questions about antibiotics that are prescribed. I’m not a doctor why are you not calling my doctor to confirm or ask questions? Claims they couldn’t get ahold of my doctor and did not fill my prescription. Couldn’t be bothered to call to tell me this. Makes me drive down there with pneumonia only to be told there’s nothing for me. Disgusting.

Lazy staff, trying to avoid work, at 4pm told me they cant fulfill order as we are closing in an hour, they close at 5. Other pharmacy take 15 minutes for same order. Question is why are they open, seemed just dont want to work.Muhammad and Bev were the members very unhelpful.

They said the prescription would take 40 minutes, but it took 1 hour and 40 minutes. Was waiting around for an hour!!

Worst Pharmacy in Kelowna by far! Customer service is non-existent and very unhelpful.1. 8 weeks ago lost all patient records in their system, having all patients have to call their doctor to validate the prescription.2. Pharmacist was very rude when asked how long the refill will take.3. If you want to refill your prescription by phone, good luck with that! They don't answer the phone.4. It take at least 3 days to get a prescription filled. So hope you don't need it quick.Just find a new pharmacy, there is much better places to give your money and time to.

Called the pharmacy this morning only to be hung up on several times. Called again in the afternoon and was told it would be ready to be picked up at 7:30. It was not ready. The pharmacist and the girl behind the counter were laughing and looking at me and speaking a language that was not English. Extremely Unprofessional service and seriously considering changing pharmacies!

Zero stars.Had a 1215 vaccine appointment since they don't allow drip ins this year. Checked in at 12 waiting patiently for over an hour for them to tell me I just need to be patient.. had to take time off work for this garbage.

Said 20 minutes 4 hours ago. And still another 15 minutes showing up. Ladies mix up prescriptions and change your scripts that the doctor prescribed. Horible experience. I only can shop at super store for so long

All of the staff here is amazing. They are so helpful/knowledgeable whether it’s over the phone , or in person. I have been going here for years and I continue to be impressed with this specific pharmacy and their employees. I don’t know names, but if you are working there recently please , pat yourselves on the back!
