We called this morning to find out thanks giving hours to go shop the girl who answered our call was so so rude she said to google and don’t have to call store when I said on google hours may not apply due to thanks giving was so unpleasant and hung up on me when I asked her name . This is why businesses effect due to rude staff

There's definitely a markup on prices being kelownas' location. I came from Edmonton and kelownas Mark's is 1/3 more in cost or roughly. But it still has everything you need. 5stars

I recently had to purchase some steel toe shoes and had incredible and professional customer service from Thiam. He helped me find my steel toe shoes, and than checked back as well to see how I was making out. Thank you Thiam for great service!!!

Lady working the change rooms acted like I ruined her whole day just for asking where a brand was. Could be a little more welcoming and willing to assist..maybe a bad day on her part. But zero customer service skills regardless

Have lots of different types of clothing from work to casual wear. The prices are very reasonable for what you are buying. They also have sales every month or so. The employees that work there are very happy to help you find what ever you are looking for and are very friendly.

Stood in footwear for 20 minutes asking different people for help, they'd leave and I'd keep waiting...When someone did come, she was doused in so much perfume I was immediately ill and needed to leave without my work boots.Being mindful of scent allergies is a huge step towards inclusiveness and safety for the general public.

Just purchased a pair of timberland boots from here. The experience was terrific! Anmol helped me narrow down what I was looking for and was there the whole time giving me helpful advice. She was very diligent and professional. I would highly recommend shopping here

Id say the Mark's in Kelowna is the standard of store. I live in Kamloops and may as well have no store. Vernon' was a mid way between the two. Bigger than Kamloops but smaller then Kelowna. Nonetheless worth stopping by
