Very disappointed, ordered online so I could avoid the crowds and lineups only to get to the store and find there was no park to pick up then after finding a parking spot went into the store and found there was no special area to pick up online orders but had to get in a VERY long line up as if I was purchasing in store. Being a handicapped senior this was very hard for me. I was however very happy with my purchase, Skecher boots at $40 off, if only pick up was easier.

Despite it being a super busy day due to Black Friday sales, all the staff were pleasant and efficient. Neil provided great service during checkout and was patient despite my numerous questions. Overall great experience

⭐️ ⭐️ Today I went to go look at remaining items on the flyer on the very last day. I didn’t bring my flyer because it was thrown away by family however I went in and I wore the coat that I wanted to order. First the girl in the floor asked, do you have your receipt, I said no I’m not returning my coat I wanna order one exactly the same. I asked her if she had a flyer she said no. Why don’t they have flyers till the very last day till midnight? Hello. Then I go to the desk and I talk to this guy who looks on the computer and he tries to copy my model number of my coat and he’s doing it for 10 minutes and can’t do it. Get the manager over And I said forget it listen I will just go on my Flipp site, and I will find the model number for you. Which I did and they found it off of that because they had no flyer or the guy at the desk couldn’t figure it out. Finally I said it what two coats at the sale price brought in he kept ordering a blue one and a purple one not two purple ones. He did it three times in a row I said forget it is skinny one purple and one blue one because you can’t seem to fix it. It’s so frustrating I was in there for probably 25 minutes to order two items the same same online From today’s flyer. Unbelievable I told the guy I’m not gonna mention your name but this place is star too for this experience. Staff and management, you need to keep your flyers available for all staff until the midnight of the very last day just a note of less frustration for customers !

I had to write a review after receiving outstanding customer service today. I pooped in to take advantage of the pre-black Friday deals and was looking for winter boots. At first it was difficult since there were so many people and shoes in the shoe department but Anmol saw me and came over to assist. She found the pair I was looking for and made sure I was fully set up before moving on to reset of her tasks. However, what made me want to write the review was the fact that whilst I was trying on those shoes and others I noticed that Anmol never stopped working super hard, not only by greeting and assisting every customer she could but constantly restocking and tidying up shoes around the area. She checked on me a couple of times and made it here mission to find a certain pair of shoes I was looking for that were hard to find. Anmol went far above and beyond in customer service and she really seemed like the Rockstar of your shoe department. I hope this positive feedback reaches her because she truly was outstanding! Thanks again.

Kayla in shoe ware was-a breath of fresh air in that her customer service was exceptional. I’m in a cast from surgery so getting around was a bit difficult. She is a star employee and deserves recognition. Also Sandra was lovely at the cash out! Nice work team.ThanksBrian Treherne

Marks is a common and favorite store of our families. as my husband works in the trades, we have been dedicated to Marks for all of our work we are, sportswear, and pretty much everything else for over 10 years. when I went to check out, I stated again what trade my husband worked in and the discount that needed to be applied. The cashier couldn't find the code in the box, so called his manager. And I have to say, I have never in my life been so rudely treated by someone in customer service LET ALONE a person in management. She approached the counter in quite an obviously horrible mood. She grabbed the binder out of his hands and proceeded to flip through the book. She then told me that the code was not in there. I said "well it should be as we have been coming here for years and never had a problem". She then looked at me and said "if you would stop interrupting me I could explain to you that the book has changed." I had not even interrupted her. Then again I told her that I was here just over a month ago, with no issues. She didon't say a word, but simply closed the book and walked away without saying a thing. At this point, I was absolutely floored.The cashier most definitely seemed to be under stress, for good reason. He then looked at me with a shaking voice, and said "let's just leave it". So I paid for my items and then continued to leave the store. As I walked out of the store, I said to her "do you not have a manager?" and she yjen stated that she WAS the manager. Again, I am bewildered at the teatment coming from this woman. For somebody who works in customer service, nonetheless, a manager, the attitude and approach was completely disrespectful.I will be reaching out to the general manager. I did just want to make this publicly known. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I’ve been shopping at marks for over 15 years and have never had such poor customer service for any where in my life. I had come in to the store to make a return of some clothes that didn’t fit. The clerk at the check outs name was Jenny and was awfully rude. She told me to circle the items on my receipt that I was returning and when I was unable to figure out what’s what she was very frustrated that she had to do it her self. The whole process she was making comments about me return to a co worker and it made the situation very uncomfortable. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and hopefully isn’t next visit to the store is better or else I will be taking my business else where.
