I've been a loyal customer for six years, but my recent experiences have left me disappointed. Twice in the last four months, their battery tester was broken, even though this is a small tool, they should have a back up. When I asked for some form of compensation, rain check or a discount, the manager refused to offer anything, and he didn't even bother to speak with me directly to address my concerns. This has definitely changed my view on this location; I'll think twice before heading there again.”
