“I stopped in for the AirMiles, and left knowing I’ll be back for the service alone!It’s a rare experience to leave a business totally surprised at how pleasant the experience was, but today was definitely that! Without question, 5-star! Great, friendly customer service. I had never been before, and didn’t know what to expect, but saw Jiffy listed as an AirMiles partner, discovered they were only two blocks away from where I consult for work and thought I’d give them a shot as I was due for an oil change. Consider me a big fan after the experience today! Normally, booking a vehicle in for an oil change involved trying to work from home one day so I could make it to the dealership, and honestly….it’s just always a hassle and a huge time consumer. So, imagine my surprise to drive up, drive in, and literally drive out a handful of minutes later. I honestly couldn’t believe it. The speed and professional way they checked out so many other items in the same time frame really blew me away! Battery, tires, filters, fluids, wipers, lights…and in such an efficient manner I was honestly kind of shell-shocked. I drove away feeling that my vehicle was in good condition, which is a bonus as I drive this Honda Fit 1000’s of km’s a month for work. They were honest and accurate, too, as I had just replaced the battery at a recent service, and topped up the washer fluid on the weekend, and the technician commented on both being recently serviced. I was impressed at their process, their attention to detail, and both techs seemed very intent on creating a positive experience for customers.I just couldn’t wrap my head around the efficiency and speed. Between the two techs, from stop to start if felt as though it took 10 minutes, perhaps 15….out the door, from the moment I pulled up to the door. And between that time frame, they had gone over my entire vehicle, explained everything they were doing, finalized my invoice, and I was back to my job in 20 minutes! Sitting here typing this, I’m still a bit shocked! I certainly feel satisfied with the price (tech offered the discount), and don’t think I’ll ever return back to a dealership for an oil change.The entire Jiffy Lube experience left me very impressed.
