I had my vehicle done here in the summer. They suggested I change my front tires which were all season and snow rated. I specifically told them to put all season tires that I can drive in winter and they confirmed they did. I recently realized the tires didn’t have snow flake on them and not rated for snow. I visited the shop to complain but only to be told I can technically drive them in the snow but that they don’t advise I drive them on the highway in winter. This is the highest form of deceit and I won’t be going back here. Worst service ever.
It’s funny you guys will write these lies as response. I have called and spoke to you and you are clearly being defensive. Budget was never an issue for the front tires. You advised I fix the most urgent issues on the car which I did and asked for a bill. We agreed I will come before the winter to get the rest of the issues fixed which was what I was going to do only to realize you didn’t do what I paid you for.
If the tires are rated for driving in the snow, why did the guy at the front desk tell me he only recommends using from May to October when I asked him straight up if I could drive them in the winter?
You have the worst customer service and just very unreasonable. I don’t recommend your shop to anyone.

My partner had our vehicle tires changed here and he specifically told them to put all season tires and they confirmed they did. We have never felt more received and ripped off! It is the worst experience so far!

Hghly recommend this automotive shop -I have been going there since I moved here over 3 yrs ago ~ they remember you, your vehicle, they’re knowledgeable and thorough, are very reasonably priced, and twice have not charged for helping me. They offer shuttles, and have courtesy vehicles. Deserving of 5 stars, for sure.

Recently moved from out of province and had this shop recommended to me. They’re very communicative and professional. As soon as they found other issues they notified me with pictures and a quick phone call. Very happy with the work done, as well as not forcing me to do things that don’t need it yet- but letting me know the status of the current quality of some aspects of my truck that my need work soon. It took a few days to assess my truck and get parts in and they had a loaner so I could get around.

I was so happy to have found this place!!
A "backyard mechanic" had done some work on my car which resulted in having 3 dashboard warning lights to come on in my car. I had also wanted to get a second opinion on some very expensive work that this same mechanic was indicating that my car needed. After Kelowna Engine did their inspection, they discovered that this very backyard mechanic, who claimed to have had 21 years of professional experience, had managed to improperly install and subsequently ruin the part I supplied him with. So this was the reason my dashboard lights were coming on and causing my car to run rough! Kelowna Engines repaired his shoddy work by replacing the damaged part and also confirmed that I DID NOT need the expensive repairs that the "backyard mechanic" indicated that I needed. I have finally found my trusted and reliable fix it shop!!

Fantastic shop! After calling around to find a place to resurface a flywheel without any luck, these guys finished the job within 24 hrs - and would have been quicker if I needed. I visited two Jeep dealerships and couple of shops in Kelowna trying to fix intermittent engine misfire issue w/o any luck. Almost gave it up, but Chris and his team was able diagnose problem and fix it. I was referred to this shop and was greeted by Chris Kellerman. After explaining my electrical problem he said they would have to diagnose what the issue was. After the inspection it was diagnosed that it was a faulty alternator and it needed to be replaced. Because my car is an older BMW the part took a week to arrive. When it arrived in a Friday at 1:00pm Chris called and said he will try to get my car done that same afternoon but with no guarantees. The shop closes at 5:00pm and since I did not receive a call by that time I resigned myself that it would not get done till Monday however Chris called a few minutes later to tell me the car was ready. I told him how can I pick it up now as the shop is closed, he said no problem I will wait for you to get here.I can’t be more satisfied by their service and they went above and beyond so that I could have my car for the weekend.I highly recommend them .Services: Electrical

Fantastic experience! Had my engine in my Explorer rebuilt. I am very happy with the exceptional service. Very friendly and courteous! They did a great job at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend this shop.

This place is by far the best experience I've ever had with mechanics. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They always make sure to explain clearly what work is being done so I understand. They do free inspections with an oil change and send you photos of any issues which is nice to have a visual sometimes. I have been going here for about 5 years now and I have never had a problem. I highly recommend trying them out.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
