Place was incredibly clean with sheltered parking so you can wait for your clothes. Lots of food options nearby as well

Wonderful lady working last few times I've come in. Always clean and helpful staff. Lots of other laundry mats closer to me, but worth the extra few minutes.

INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED!!! just moved to Kelowna and have never seen such high prices for less the mediocre service. Washing as well as drying were terrible and very slow which was not expected as it was so expensive. Service was garbage. Don't go here unless you got money to waste. All the 5 star reviews you see on here are so obviously just friends of the owner or fake accounts.

Incredibly overpriced, washers start at 5.50, but if you need hot water, they charge you 6.50 for the small washer. The dryers take forever to dry and are equally expensive. Total for 1 load, $12.00. If you need to do laundry at 9 pm, they are open till 10 pm, but thats the only benefit this place offers.

The guy working there did a poor job of explaining how long it took for a load in the washer and dryer. I was kinda in a hurry hence why I asked, the guy vaguely told me $1 for every 4 mins (expensive) without specifying what that was for. He said typically the washer runs for 30 mins, I asked him there is an option for 20 mins he said sure we can make that work. When I paid and loaded the washer I was shocked to see it was going for 36 mins (the bigger ones). When I asked about it he told me the 20 mins was for the dryer. I assumed it was an honest misunderstanding, when I was drying my clothes and I wanted to split them since I was short for time and while asking if I can do that at a high temperature and split the time too tell me why this guy asked me what 20 mins are you talking about? This guy told me you paid for 32 mins. He went spiraling asking me how many receipts he should print for my records while talking down to me. Zero people skills, zero customer care. Not only was it very expensive (daylight robbery) but the guy there was extremely rude. Go there at your own cost! Worst laundry mat in kelowna!!!

This place is awesome! Lots of machines, washers and dryers, bathrooms, good tunes, it’s a little pricey but reasonable (make sure to dry long enough the first time,) staff are respectful and kind. My regular place

Spent 10 dollars for the drier at the ridiculous price of $1 for every 4 minutes on high and the drier didn’t work. Wasn’t even slightly warm and my washing was still wet!!!
