Orange theory is great. Customer service is friendly and efficient. Trainers are motivating and the workout… speaks for itself. Awesome. Love tracking heart rate and the SPLAT points. Always make me work harder. And that’s the point, right?

Great staff and coaches, excellent and varied workouts, with the intensity being as much as you make of of it, and coaches motivating the right way. Feels like personal training to a large degree at about 1/3 of the cost

This is the nicest OTF studio I've ever been to because it has such beautiful light. It's an end unit with two-story windows around the studio. The coaches are friendly and attentive. They correct you if you are doing the exercises the wrong way. The coaches are very motivating. There are different exercises every day which keeps it interesting. Obviously this is my favorite studio .

Love the gym just not the coach Alissa did not make us feel welcome as out of town guests. Our South Surrey studio makes a big point of doing so. She was not making the workout personable either. No calling out names or encouraging. The front staff were amazing.
