There were two lovely ladies there, however the other two other ones were not as lovely. I hate leaving negative reviews but it was super disappointing watching the two of them be rude and ignorant towards one of their own coworkers! I had the leave! Won’t be going back for awhile, hopefully the next time a do they learn somthing called manners. Making fun of someone because there accent is different is dated, and just flat out rude. You would think adults would know better by now:(

I felt very bad, staff was only helping white’s, I don’t know why. Poor service .I even asked for help twice but nobody attended.I willNot recommend anyone to go, very bad experience.

So far been an awesome experience shopping at pandora for myself and treating others! Its one of my most beloved jewelry brands, there selections are soo beautiful and pricing is reasonable for what you get regarding quality! ✨❤️Always welcoming and friendly atmosphere whenever dropping by the store? definitely my go-to place to spurge alittle hehe????️

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Meg was so incredibly helpful and wonderful to deal with. I needed a gift for my niece and I took in 3 bracelets and all my charms (a lot) - Meg cleaned everything in less than 2 hours and it looks brand new. Meg was so sweet and awesome to deal with, that I will never order online again!

My necklace was broken, although Pandora doesn’t have a repair service, Judi from the store make extra effort to provided the help to fix it for me, on top of that she offered to polish the jewelry with the in store machine, noted this service is provided when the staff is available. Now my necklace like new again, so I think they deserve the 5 stars service.My recent experience for the past few months has all been great. Staff are helpful when trying to find the right pieces and giving recommendations, too. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

We bought rings during valentine 2022. They were sold to us with 30day exchange policy and we went back after 1 week to exchange it for smaller size.The staff didnt have any manners and were very disrespectful.Assistant manager mentioned you cannot exchange because you have few scratches on the ring.2 other girl staff including assistant managers on 20th feb evening 5:27pm were laughing at us which was very offensive and we had to make them realise during stressful situations you dont laugh, make customer feel small and judge customers.Later on we also found that on a receipt it was correct size but they gave us big size.Finally the assistant manager realised her mistake and tried to help us.We will never go to any pandora stores based on the simple exchange policy which was difficult for them to honour and staffs behaviour.

Bought my wife some earrings for Christmas. One of the clasps is loose and keeps coming undone while she wears them. They won’t exchange them and they say that’s the way they are. Won’t be going back here.

After reading the reviews I hesitated going to the Orchard Park mall location because of bad customer service but then noticed most of the bad ones were from 3 or 4 yrs ago so I went. I was greeted and served very efficiently. Harley was great. She answered all my questions and was very friendly. She knew what she had in stock and took her time to explain. I am glad I went into the store instead of ordering on line as I could compare the items. I purchased two and will be back.
