Dave helped me at premier. He was incredibly kind, honest, and I felt very comfortable having him help me. He had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable. I will be exclusively dealing with Premier with any other items that I may want to part with. Thank you Dave and I will see you again soon!I wanted to make a separate review because I went back to Premier today and had Eryn help me. And I have to say that she wasn't just professional and knowledgeable but hilarious I could have sat there all day and just talked nonsense with her she was wonderful. Once again I had a fabulous interaction and I walked out happy and it set the course for the rest of my day I'm sorry that I couldn't make this a separate review but for some reason Google is not allowing me to but Dave and Eryn you guys are amazing I wish you guys were my best friends. Thank you for everything.

Highly trustworthy- clean and friendly.We brought in a hodgepodge of old watches, jewelry and gold coins. Dave let us watch every step in the process of finding out what type of stone, material, pureness, etc. I found it highly educativ. He and Martin took their sweet time explaining and chatting.
