I made a simple enquiry about financing and felt immediately shut-down with a blunt and unprofessional response. I know they probably get a lot of the same annoying enquiries but if you want to successfully sell cars you should probably meet sales leads with better customer service and professionalism. It's stressful enough trying to find the right car. I really liked one but am reluctant to proceed any further due to the lackluster response. Even more so as having since read the google reviews. Lost a sale before it even started.

I just bought a 2008 Honda odyssey on the 4th of July. Was driving to Kelowna three weeks later and it broke down. And the warranty that they claimed was good, didn't cover the broken engine belt pulley belt. I paid 13000 and now I'm repairing it in my drive way. Just be care full when buying from these guys. Read the warranty. I am a heavy duty mechanic and got played.

So far so good. Recently bought a car and the service was good, Massimo was good to deal with and understanding. Inspection found something not working, they got it in the shop the next day and got it all fixed.

Stereotypical sleazy care dealership. Many hidden problems, be prepared to spend a lot more in repairs. They write fake reviews to bring up their rating, but for the love of God -- DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You've been warned.

After I bought a Jeep Liberty at S & Z Auto Sales I got an inspection done where I first found out that almost all the fluids were in bad condition and that the Jeep has a fluid leak at the upper side of the engine. The A/C was also not working. Literally the whole A/C system had to be replaced including a part that's not getting built anymore. My mechanic mentioned that it looked like there was a severe impact to the A/C unit to cause that damage and I had to drive the Jeep at temperatures over 45 degrees without A/C and after that it was at the mechanic for several days as one of the parts had to be custom built. My mechanic also asked if the Jeep had been sitting in a field for years before as he has never seen a 2012 with such low KM having so much rust under the body. S & Z Auto Sales assured me it was only a couple of months, but this can’t be true. A couple weeks later I had to replace the muffler heat shield, exhaust muffler and engine heater. I ended up having to pay another almost $3,000 for all the repairs. When I informed S & Z Auto Sales about that situation, he tried to excuse everything and assured me, that he never had any complains from customer (this can’t be true when I see so many one star Google reviews). As well did he blame my mechanic, that he took advantage of me (I had a second opinion).It's convenient for him, selling a vehicle to a young girl with no clue about vehicles and no English as her mother language. It is very unfair and unprofessional to be taking advantage of consumers like this. I would give him zero stars if that would be possible.
