I’ve been using this branch for many years, and the customer service has always been outstanding. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping with any issue that arises. Whether it's a quick transaction or a more complex inquiry, they’re always patient and professional.

I was walking with a friend (who is a long term client of Scotia) through consolidating debt and corporate would not lift a finger to help, despite the decent credit score and decently paying job. We even had to reach out multiple times just to get an answer and waited a month to get an answer that was supposed to take a week. Very disappointed.

Called the hotline and they weren’t able to help solve my problem. Came to this branch and Lebin was very helpful and provided all the information I needed. 5 stars service. Will use the branch again.

They scam you into getting an account with 300.00 bate. Then after you sign up they tell you you have to make all these special transactions in a certain amount of time to get the reward. I guess you have to trick people into signing up when you are a horrible institution.
