With two small kids, it was time to upgrade to a king-size mattress. I'm so grateful we got the chance to bring home something organic and high-quality for such an amazing price. Thanks for all the help Scott, you guys are the best!(If you're considering upgrading to a king because of kids don't wait!! It is worth it 100%)

Friendly customer service and quick replies, but they got our order wrong twice.I don’t know if they’re just really understaffed, but we ordered a mattress that was labelled incorrectly online (it said online the mattress was a queen, but it was a double). We thought they fixed this mistake by kindly offering us a new queen mattress at a discounted price. The new mattress was delivered and it was STILL the wrong size (a double again).We told them about this second mistake and they have given us some money back (the difference in price between a queen and a double). So now we’ve paid the price for a double, and we have a double mattress on a queen bed frame. This is very stressful to deal with while moving. All we wanted was one queen mattress.

Getting a mattress through them was the most pleasant and hassle-free experience I've ever had, especially for an online platform. Everything about it, from start to finish, was flawless. Including the mattress! And the fact that I got it for 1/3 of the original price just made the experience that much sweeter. You will not be disappointed! And the charitable donation along with keeping brand new mattresses out of the landfill make this company a no-brainer. Do not hesitate! Find your second slumber.

A nightly oasis of comfort!!!!!!It has absolutely been a game changer for my sleep quality and overall well-being. I’ve had the pleasure of trying out haven mattress for the past couple weeks and it has simply exceeded my expectation. I can never get over how cozy it feels! Definitely an unparalleled level of comfort, I simply sink into it. If you are looking for a mattress to wake up feeling well rested and rejuvenated, look no further!!!!!

I cannot adequately express how impressed I am with Second Slumber as a company. Their customer service is top notch and the entire process from start to finish was seamless. I got a 12" hybrid Queen Bed and it is in impeccable condition - it was simply a bit too soft for the previous owner. It was well wrapped and very hygienic and folded in half easily so I could transport it in my own vehicle (not a truck). This bed is so comfortable and just the right level of firmness for me! I got it for my spare room but I think I will have to switch it and keep it for myself now.I will absolutely be recommending this company to everyone I know.

Fantastic quality mattress, amazing service and professional delivery! Our Haven queen size mattress was brand new -- perfect for our guest room -- just the right level of firmness and easy enough for guests to get onto. Tried it the first night we got it, and had a better sleep than on my own expensive king bed. Service was also excellent and the delivery company was so professional and careful. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

We purchased the gently used Haven Rejuvenate through Second Slumber Canada and I am incredibly happy that I did! After discovering this Earth-conscious Canadian company, with a mission to keep gently used mattresses out of landfills, we knew we were making the right choice. The process was incredibly easy (they take care of the background stuff) and we were able to pick up the mattress, at a time convenient to us, in a short period of time. The most impressive part (before the actual sleep part) was that the mattress was in mint condition at the time of pickup. It was neatly packaged and super clean which got us excited to sleep on it that night.We noticed the Haven mattress’ positive impact on our sleep on the very first night. We woke up the following day and for the first time in over a decade, we woke up feeling well-rested and pain-free!!! We had no idea the magic that would come from changing our bed since we had never had a new one. Not only has it made a dramatic impact in just one night, but it was also a budget-friendly option for getting the deep rest we so desperately needed! I just got my second slumber mattress! I got it because my husband has back problems and needed a firmer mattress, but we did not want to break the bank. Second slumber was fast, easy and very affordable! I totally recommend second slumber if you’re trying to find a new mattress without spending a bunch of money!
