floor mats were still dirty after being detailed, the guys misplaced my my trailer hitch pin (removed for the car wash) priced too high for quality of service received. Won't be back...ever.

I visited Skogies on Highway 97 today for the first time. Laston and Abed really went out of their way to make sure my car was excellently cleaned, inside and out! Laston was very in tune to his staff, making sure they provided customers great service! This is my new go-to place for car cleaning! Highly recommended!

I went through the auto wash. There are 2 guys standing at the entrance. Great service is always turning the side windows in plus, a piece of painters tape do that the rear wiper blade doesn’t fly off. Come on folks! Do better!!
My side windows were turned out and thankfully the wiper blade didn’t fall off

I went to Skogies to get a basic clean package yesterday Aug 13,2024 in Kelowna! I had an unbelievable experience that restored my faith in man kind! I picked up my vehicle after it had been cleaned would like to also mention my vehicle was exceptionally clean great job! We always get great service there from the gentleman in the booth to the person drying my mirrors but yesterday was even better! I put a tip in the box and drove away when I opened my middle console I found 100.00 dollars in there I had no Idea it was missing ...
SHAMAR .....found it and put it away for me with no thought of keeping it! How wonderful and amazing is that! ....
great team of people working there!

I went to get a basic interior detail and exterior wash today and was super impressed! It was my first time there and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was in and out super quickly which was great. I will be back for sure!

if i could give zero stars i would..windshield was only cleaned on drivers side...not even touched on passenger side...lousy job of vaccumming...truck still dirty..especially tailgate...tire polish not complete..will never use again...

so, after a year or more, i decided to try them again. i purchased basic clean, ultimate shine, dash dressing, and door dressing. i washed pickup first, then went for interior. my truck was given back to me with a greasy film handprints and overspray on the exterior. there was still an abundace of bugs on the front of truck and the windshield. they put me through the wash again and i still have bugs and film from the interior overspray....i complained and got the usual shrug of the shoulders....$101.55 wasted

On August 16 I went to this establishment for the car wash service, interior and exterior details, upon receiving my car two hours later I found it with two buttons to control broken windows, there was no manager, there was no one to do it responsible, they promised to call me three days later, nothing, that did not happen, I do not live in Kelowna, I live in Vancouver, and here I am still waiting for a solution to the damage to my vehicle that was also extremely dirty, do not come to this place !!! It is a terrible experience, the owner does not worry about anything, they do not answer emails, they do not answer calls, cost off this buttons was 600 CAN at Mercedes Benz

This is not the place for polish/clay treatment; polish residue everywhere upon pickup, and had to argue with manager why that doesn’t meet expectations.
The interior detail was better but wasn’t great; they clearly forgot an entire section of the truck.
The tire dressing was amateur as well.
In summary, not worth the $500+ investment.

Terrible service. Left our car there to get $100 of cleaning done. When we went to pick it up. The exterior had not been washed. Waited for a long time to find someone to help, then took forever to find my ticket. Realized they did not put any freshener in the car had to wait for that, then was told it was a liability issue that it was not washed, but they were able to drive it around the side of the building without any liability. Finally after getting my car I also noticed the catch all between the seat and and the console was missing and AGAIN had to wait for them to find it for me. No apology no nothing from them. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
