“I stopped at the Lululemon downtown Kelowna location because I was dealing with a nasty hangnail that had become painful. The staff were incredibly kind and offered me nail clippers and tweezers to help out. They even helped me remove part of the nail that was causing the issue, and the relief was immediate. It was definitely not the typical reason someone visits Lululemon, but I really appreciated their willingness to go out of their way to help. Great customer service and a memorable experience.”

“I’ve spent an absurd amount of time at this MEC (and an absurd amount of money). The staff are super dope people who are stoked about the outdoors and know what they’re talking about. Great selection of gear (climbing and backpacking gear, at least), and shopping the sales here can get you some dummy cheap prices on high-quality stuff. Highway robbery type beat.”
