“My mom and were shopping and had a couple of items put aside at the front checkout so we could keep looking around and when we went to pay were told that one of the items (a simple black tshirt) was accidentally sold to another shopper and they don't have another one in store. Without missing a beat the young woman (maybe manager?) that was helping us at the til came back to us and explained the situation, ordered my moms shirt with free priority shipping to her house and gave her a gift card (for double the value of the shirt) for the inconvenience. We were blown away by how amazingly this was handled and 2 days before Christmas in retail, these people deserve a medal”

“I was gifted a pair of beautiful doc's and they felt super tight, like blister city cut up heals tight, no way I was getting my foot into them. Maggie is absolutely phonemonal at her job. She gave me alot of different tips and tricks on how to stretch out the boot. I used the first and easiest ( double socks and wandering around my apartment) they are on their way !!! I am so happy she was so confident at her job and was so reassuring in a gentle way that I would be happy ! Love the girl . Will definitely only be buying my shoes from there. Thank you again .”

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a lovely lady asking if I needed help, I told her what I was after and she gave me plenty of options and explained some differences. I tried on a numerous amount of shoes which were recommended and finally found the perfect pair. I was very impressed with the customer service and the amount of knowledge known by the staff here, was stoked on the product and how happy they were to help.
