The guy tonight is wasting everyone's time tonight. Spending a bunch time trying to find a girls FedEx iPhone that isn't even here. Before that kept arguing with another guy about postal rates and days of delivery, for almost 20 minutes. Dude's name is Kayan. FFS. In the 45 minutes I was in line, he served 6 customers, only four successfully.

Nobody around to help, ask for help either you won’t get help or they just don’t know anything.I did 6 print outs, asked for help nobody was willing to help, Went two times to counter they just keep on guessing to change settings

Bought my phone here, service has been unreal. Sunanda, Shusmita and Sai are great. I have interacted with each person for different reason and they've all be amazing and helpful. One stop shop. Strongly recommend giving them a try for phone services or anything else.

To pick up online print orders they make you stand in line with all these businesses who are shipping and receiving huge volumes. Meanwhile no line at the cash and two staff goofing off in the electronics section. Why not have those people help with the busy part of the business? Everyone is waiting for one poor employee to deal with this line of more than 30 people.

Been here a few times lately and the customer service has been mostly terrible. I ship a lot of packages and so I frequently have to drop stuff off here. There is always one poor gal who is dealing with a line of 5+ people in the shipping/copy area.
A few of the guys on staff here act very immature. A couple of weeks ago I came in and two of the employees, were coming from the back of the store all out of breath and being fairly loud. The one guy was loudly talking to a different co-worker about how they had just wrestled in the back of the store. This sounds like a joke, but I swear this actually happened. Keep in mind, this visit was one of the ones in which the poor lady in the back was dealing with a line of customers in shipping.
I gave the store a second star because they do have some hardworking employees, they just need better management and perhaps a little more professionalism. Especially, considering this is a largely business facing store, they may want to lay off the backroom wrestling and help out their colleagues.

if you want make 5 trips across the city and explain yourself each time because staff can’t understand what you’ve explained each time. and then have them laugh at you when you come in, then this is the place for you. employee “Twinkle” had described me, “comes in angry” in front of many employees and customers getting a laugh out of them, not understanding I had been here 5 times in a day (and she had seen me kindly reexplain everytime) because staff had messed up my usb and form everytime, but decided to crack jokes when I lost my temper coming in the 5th time. manager was nice enough to make it work, but the rest of the staff is extremely unreliable and rude.

One employee had no clue what she was saying and wrongfully informed me. An other employee, I think he also sell cellphone packages, was extremely resourceful and helped me with exactly what I needed. The guy at the registrer had just demonstrated zero customer service skill, it was kind of rude in a way. At this point I don’t even blame it on the individual people, this is showing poor management. You can definitely do better. (Email was sent to
[email protected]) but if you are the owner of the store I am not sure why you would want me to email a general customer service email clearly painting the poor management of the employee in this specific store.

I went in today for an iPhone cable and it was like the twilight zone.
As soon as I got inside staff were fighting with each other, thought it was just playful banter until I got to the till. 3 staff members were fighting with each other over the smallest things (like getting a monitor out of the display case). Another staff member was absolutely berating some poor girl buying paper for absolutely no reason all (then lectured her...for nonsense), while 2 other staff behind the till argued loudly with each other. Meanwhile there were 9 people in line.
Mind blowing experience. Only reason I didn't leave 1* is because a nice young gentlemen was very helpful and not involved in the conflict, but holy moly where is your management staff?

Avoid the shipping centre at all costs. I just spent 45 minutes in there to pick up a package that is waiting for pick up. But unfortunately, they’ve lost it and have no solution for me. Management totally useless and employees totally useless.
