I was thoroughly impressed with the service at this printing shop. Despite not opting for same-day service, they managed to complete my job within hours, which was a pleasant surprise. The quality of the print was outstanding; crisp and exactly as I had envisioned. Beyond the printing services, what caught my attention was the innovative layout of the store. At the rear, they've cleverly incorporated a podcast studio and a collaborative workspace, creating a dynamic environment that caters to various creative needs. The blend of traditional printing services with modern amenities makes this place stand out, and I'll certainly be returning for future projects.

Great support by Manrisha in the copy section at the Kelowna store. I had very specific requests for my printing requirements and she got it done perfectly and was friendly and patient. Will go there again for my business printing.

"I placed an order online and I got an email that said it was ready for pick up". So I went into the Kelowna Staples and went to what I thought was the service counter. I phrased it just like my first sentence, however the staff I talked to could not understand what I was talking about. Very frustrating experience. The staff need a lot more training and unfortunately maybe a better understanding of English. I know how this sounds but you shouldn't be in customer service if you can't understand the customers.

The manager that was working the evening shift at the store was extremely disrespectful on November 26th, 2023. I wanted to purchase two office chairs. We talked with the cashier up front to see if we could by them as they had two. The kind lady asked the manager for a hand and he not just said no but disrespected her. They then apologized and said they didn’t have them in stock and when they asked the manager who wasn’t even in uniform told them to tell us to order it online cause he didn’t want to order it. Even though he order’s everything for the store. This was the worst experience I ever had at this store and will not return ever again. Do not support this store!

Went to print business cards that I needed for this weekend and have never been to a store where so many things go wrong. I was in there for over an hour with an employee just placing my order because there computer wouldn’t work. I then pay extra for same day delivery only for them not to be finished the same day. Fast forward to the following day, I call at around 1pm they are STILL not done. I then get a call about an hour later saying that there machines broken and they won’t be able to print them. Not only do I not have the business cards that I needed for the weekend, they then tell me I have to drive back down to staples to receive my refund. I spent over 2 hours in staples only to receive no product. For a company this big, problems like this should not be happening.

Store is very clean and staff are usually very helpful.I had issues with using the self-service printers and the person who helped me out wasn’t the most polite. When I got home and checked my card statement i was charged $37 to print off 50 black and white pages.I’ve been calling in every day since I can’t make it because I’m working no one has been answering the phoneIf the manager sees this please give me a call back you left a voicemail earlier this weekAgain the store is very clean and has a lot of product prices are fair but the service when it comes to printers is very questionable

Staples sold me a computer and when it arrived it didn't work. When I tried to return it I was told I can't return as it was a special order and I was informed of this fact when I made the order. This is categorically false as I was never informed that if the product was defective Staples would not help me. Whenever I ask for proof I was informed of this policy the customer service ends. I also could not find this policy anywhere on Staples website stating special orders are final sale and cannot be refunded. The price was not discounted and there's no way I would have ordered the product had I know the sales terms.

Went in to buy a replacement ink cartridge. Looking bewildered a staff member wearing a name tag offered to help which he quickly did. He then offered to check me out at his till and that he might be able to get me a discount. Once at his till (which I think was the virgin mobile booth), he then put the hard selling tactic asking who my carrier is, how much I pay, my cell phone model, my name, my email address. After 5 minutes I said I am just here to get an ink cartridge. He rang me through. I asked him how much was my discount was and he said he forgot but to come in next time. I am used to having people (in grocery stores in Mexico) dress up as store clerks (maybe even working for that chain), helping you, and then proceed to try and sell you a time share. All I wanted was to buy A cartridge of ink and no hassles.

This is the second time I’ve been talked to very rudely at this location.This time I went in for some printing and been told “it wasn’t gonna happen” as the girl working was “by herself”. There was only 3 of us there and told her I’d be happy to wait but I guess that wasn’t ok.I will for sure never return to this location ever again. Hope losing some business can help your staffing issues.

5 stars for Stephane, If it weren't for her this review would have been a 1 star review. But she save the day! She was quick on her feet and came up with a solution for us that worked. Amazing job Stephane and thank you.Now as to why this is a 3 start review for the store itself. We were told over the phone that we could print some double sided postcards in store. I drove 2 hours to the store(we live in a remote area) only to find out that it was not possible to do it in store and they need to be ordered and printed outside the store. Luckily Stephane was knowledgeable and helped us out figure out a compromise that worked for us.

Received an item as a gift and was unable to return other than for store credit due to not having a special gift receipt. Manager laughed in my face when I tried to explain the situation. Horrible customer service

Printing station was phenominal. Multiple printers (no wait!), easy-to-use, quick, and inexpensive. Store also looked really nice and clean and maintained!

Had the greatest experience buying my printer today thanks to Sid, who is a knowledgeable and polite youngman who represents Staples incredibly well.
