Tony provided excellent customer service above & beyond for me remote via a phone call and my daughter who needed help with a part for her Toyota Corolla. And very competitive pricing also. Located just north of UBCO and definitely worth the drive. I had called 4 other of the big name auto parts stores without joy before I got to Tony, I know where first call will be next time!

First & last time I use these guys . Tnt = tomorrow not today . Gave me a great price . Was told 2 days to ship in . 8 days later wrong part . This ended up costing more money than any other place that had it in stock . Very dissatisfied!!!

Excellent service. The fuel pump in the truck we were driving went on us while in Kelowna visiting a friend. They were able to offer the best price that I had been able to find at absolutely every other automotive shop or repair centre in all of the Okanagan. By nearly half the cost of the other businesses! They also delivered the part to our location at no extra cost within an hour if having ordered it. Their service and timely delivery really helped get us back on the road and on our way back home again and saved us another night of freezing sleeping in our vehicle in minus 15 degree conditions with no heat. I very much recommend them to anyone in need of their services in the Okanagan area!

I love tnt. Used to use them in Vancouver all the time. They beat lordco and Napa and Gilbert's for prices. Every time I go in the part is there no waiting no shipping.Great service. No discounts no accounts. Great addition in the Okanagan. Highly recommend them

Ryan and Cameron are super friendly and informative. Don't waste your time at other stores unless you don't care about fair prices and efficiency. I like lordco, but it's a lottery as far as getting good customer service or decent pricing.

Extremely fast service with knowledgeable service reps. Wait time is usually 15 min to have parts sent over to my business. Every driver I have met are extremely outgoing and extremely friendly. I give my highest recommendation for this business!

Awesome store. Needed brake pads and rotors, and not only were they the only store between Vernon and Kelowna that had them in stock, they also were the cheapest. Great service, will get more auto parts from them again
