I had an excellent experience at Take 5 oil change. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Gurmeet and Prabh, who went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of.
Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They thoroughly explained the issues with my vehicle and provided clear, honest recommendations without pushing unnecessary services. The repair work was done quickly and efficiently, and my car now runs smoother than ever.
It’s rare to find such friendly and knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Gurmeet and Prabh for their exceptional service. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance!

I've been there to change the engine oil and I was happy with the service I received. Gurmeet and Param they are professional and helpful guys there, they took care of all necessary checks and addressed my questions patiently.

I recently had an oil change from kelowna location. Gurmeet did the oil change of my truck. These guys are amazing not only they did the oil change but also check tyres, cleans the window, check all the fluids level without any extra charges and update me about all the services needed to be done. Thanks guys for your wonderful service and will definitely come back for next oil change. 👍🏻

After having multiple bad experiences with other oil change places in the area, I decided to check out Take 5. Mike (GM) immediately made me feel comfortable with his knowledge, professionalism and his all around great attitude. I won't be going anywhere else!

I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 for my oil change. The staff was professional, honest, and didn’t try to upsell me, which I really appreciated. They explained what services my car needed, what could wait, and provided everything at a very reasonable price. On top of that, they offered free top-offs for windshield fluid and tire pressure checks until my next service. It’s refreshing to find such trustworthy and customer-focused service. Highly recommended!

I recently had my oil changed here and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They even cleaned my windows and checked my tire pressure at no extra cost. Special thanks to the manager there for his outstanding service and attention to detail. I highly recommend take 5 oil change for fast, reliable, and honest car maintenance. I’ll definitely be back!
