Over 30 minutes to get to a teller with 1 person in front of me. Only 2 tellers working. Terrible staffing.

I never have a good experience here. The till Manager is super snobby, I waited for while as she was having a personal conversation with another teller. The time before this one I was totally misinformed by the teller manager then another person tried to pin it on the new girl but the Magee was the one giving me the information. Same snobby attitude… this is the worst branch to go to.

What is the point in having drive up ATMs if they don’t work? The walk up ATM doors are also always closed after hours.

check out this analogy if someone is short 1.00 cause they dont have a lot of money the bank charges 50.00 if a payment bounced so if they payment is 30.00 but the client had 29.00 now he owes the bank 50.00 plus 30.00 so cool wow thanks bank i think ill stick to cash instead of babysitting a bank account

This is the sketchiest bank location I’ve ever been too! I tried to withdraw a $100 from my cibc card and it charged my card 103.50 but it never dispensed my money! I called and left a voicemail 2x and no one got back to me, had to call a 3rd time and finally the manager said they can’t do anything or look at the cameras because I’m not a TD client. I have to go thru my own bank and they have to start a dispute which will take 5 weeks. Even though it’s a TD atm machine. Something is always wrong with this atm and they don’t hire security as they don’t care what happens to peoples money. Someone tried to melt or glue the money opening spot and somehow the TD manager and employees didn’t realize. Finally after the atm machine beeping for 5 min to take my card and cash it said temporary out of order but it took money out of my account. Don’t go here ! The manager is rude and not helpful at all and your money will disappear into thin air! The manager said even if it was a 2000$ transaction they still wouldn’t be able to do anything! Thank god it was only 103.50! It won’t let me post a video so here’s a picture of the money opening part!

Group of very inconsistent individuals, very fast staff turn around. 10 years plus with this branch, can easily be replaced with an app. Time of the month definitely affects service. Choose your visits wisely . Never again .

I am so frustrated with this downtown branch. The drive through machine NEVER EVER works. Then you park and just to deposit stand in line with ONE teller working and a bunch of offices with people in them on phones or simply WANDERING around while the line up gets busier by the minute.

Great customer service! Manha Shah, my personal banking advisor, goes above and beyond. At a recent visit, she identified some key money-saving banking initiatives that I was not previously aware of. TD will continue to get my business, would recommend.

Arlene Redman is always present, available, extremely friendly and informational whenever I enter this location. I always look forward to heading downtown because I know my visit with Arlene will be fast and efficient. She's saved me plenty of money as well. I have a line of credit and mortgage through them, and couldn't recommend them more. Thank you!!

Manha was super helpful, helped me open a savings account, open my first credit card and walked me through very throughly about all the changes that were to come. She was also very sweet and kindly helped me reschedule my first appointment since I was very late. (First time in kelowna and I am very prone to getting lost on the bus

Been banking with td for 10 years now and Bradley James hands down was the worst person i have delt with. To young and inexperienced for his position and im only 33 saying this. If you can avoid this Branch and Bradleys condescending attitude i would(he refused to release funds on a wcb check totaling less then 200 dollars because he cant trust the source and refused to call wcb or bmo to verify the funds. I guess not having direct deposit for your 1ST compo check is unheard of and suspicious) maybe im over reacting maybe im just sour after being a solid customer for years then treated like this by someone whos acting like its his 1st day on the job.

Staff are great . It’s just the terrible hours and the constant atm being out of service outdoors . There is no other TD atm in downtown Kelowna other than yours. I don’t see the point in paying bank fees to you if I can never come into the bank ( I understand because of Covid hours ) and I can never access your atm. All I do is waste time and money with you. Fix your atm outside so your customers can actually use the services they pay for . This isn’t even the second time this has happened to me in the last few months. It’s really getting ridiculous . It doesn’t matter anyways this review won’t change anything

Arlene went above and beyond to help on VERY short notice. She was kind and informative. I felt extremely comfortable talking to her as she walked me through different saving options. I highly recommend seeing Arlene if you ever need to speak to someone there. Thanks a bunch!
