I recently bought new iPhone from the Mobile Shop in Kelowna (Superstore). However, I am disappointed to share that the promised waiver of the $60 upgrade fee did not materialize. This has left me feeling disheartened, as clear communication and fulfillment of commitments are crucial elements in customer satisfaction. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter and clarification on the discrepancy between the promised waiver and the actual charges incurred.

Buyer beware. Take it from someone who worked in telecom sales for 6 years - double check everything that is told to you here and don't take them at their word. I would usually give some benefit of the doubt for untrained staff on a busy black friday evening, but in this case we were misled on things we specifically asked about. They "bundled in" extras into our deal with the illusion of them being free. They weren't. These bundled in items that we never even asked for and were told were free were actually eating out of the PC Points we were supposed to get as part of the deal. We asked if the mobile protection plan being throw on was extra and were specifically told it was not. Obviously, it was and we can accept some blame here as I think this was pretty clearcut but we were ready to go and the rep didn’t know. We'll be going back and asking them to refund us our points and to make it right or return it all.There are no excuses misleading people as your sales tactic. I appreciated that the process was pretty quick - we were actually very impressed with that, but we were scammed. My alarm bells were ringing and honestly I just feel dumb for trusting them in the first place. You just have to be careful and patient that you’re getting exactly what you think you are.Update: We’ve since gone back and had it fixed which was mostly painless.

Jaspreet provided an outstanding assistance while we were in the store this evening. I wanted to buy a phone for my brother but the process wasnt so smooth and the website wasnt working well either. She was so dedicated to help us that she tried every possible way and helped us buy the phone today. My brother was exceedingly happy since he wanted a new phone for his birthday and he could get it with Jaspreet's great help. Thankyou very much Jaspreet.

I have never been so disgusted with customer service. I went in to change providers and was lied to saying my phone would not work on a 5g network had me buy new phones because of it. 1100.00 dollars later... 1 of the new phones did not work properly since day 1 i was back to the store 9 times with him just giving excuses for it not working because i was in a concrete and metal building!!!! Just a liar.......now i have to spend 250.00 more to have it repaired stay away from this con artist on all counts. He saw me coming!!!

I had been looking for a new phone for about a month and stopped in at the Mobil Shop while grocery shopping. Hammy helped me and gave me quotes for a new plan and a new new phone. I wasn't happy with the price so he said he would call me if any of the pricing changed. To my surprise, he called me, TWICE, to tell me about promotions that were on.So, I finally decided to get a new phone and the day I did, he was working by himself. There were lots of people going in and out of the tiny shop while he was trying to activate my new plan. He was so patient with me and everyone else. He is a hard working employee and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I will continue to recommend the Mobil Shop to my friends and family. Thank you, Hammy!
