Package got there alright but they refused to give me a receipt when I dropped it off to be sent away.. receipts ate important when UPS among other companies lose expensive packages on a regular basis.

Sent my package to wrong address and are making it a nightmare to deal with
Whoever the the individual that owns and operates rhe ups store that is replying to everyone's complaints on here. You are saying you are not responsible, yet ups themselves say you are..... just an absolute joke and its the person who runs the kelowna branch that is responsible for so many people's inconveniences.

I received a delivery today and the UPS driver didn't ring the doorbell. Thank goodness my neighbor texted me that the package arrived. How hard is it to ring a doorbell? If they had rung the doorbell, I would have come down from my third story office and picked up the package.

I have only ever used this store 3 times, and only to print double-sided legal size multi-page PDFs in black and white from a USB key. If this is what you are considering doing here, don't. The staff member doesn't really understand how to use the equipment or do anything as complex as that. While I managed to get it done twice before, this time I waited 40 minutes while he tried and failed to print the job, ignoring my coaching that he was choosing 8½x11 paper and then wondering why the printer wouldn't print when it was loaded with legal. In between attempts, he served 3-4 other customers while I drummed my fingers. Finally he apologized and said it wasn't possible. So I had to drive to Staples to get it done, which I will be doing in the future.

The owner and staff were extremely helpful finding a missing package that had been returned. It’s apparent that they care and to our of their way to help their customers. Highly recommend!

They were very helpful with some printing and lamination work that I needed. Much better service than going to a larger store like Staples, in my opinion.

Horrible company. I had brought a package there with very important documents to be sent off. Ended up being stuck in a warehouse or lost. No one has helped me or told me anything about it. Was supposed to be delivered Nov 22 2024, it's now Dec 3rd.

Absolutely terrible. Had passport photos done which weren’t approved because of blur and lighting.
