Way better than Pet Smart at Total Pet here.More engaging than the wash team at Pet Smart! I left after waiting there a long time at Pet Smart and they wouldn't even let me browse the store to hold my place in line to wash my dog!At Toral Pet it was much easier.

They have 40 aquariums. I counted 16 empty. Their plants...for the most part not bad when they get new arrivals. I have ordered fish from them and they have come in no problems

Tremendous team..my grandsons feel very comfortable with Calli. She is patient and very good at explaining the role of gecko ownership.Both grandson 7 & 9 years old bought leopard geckos this month.Thank you so much..GrampaHighly recommend.

Had a great experience at total pet bringing in my pup for her first wash! The ladie at the front desk was a ton of help makeing sure My pup clean comfortable and ready to go home after a big day at the farm.

I went in there today as we had an issue with a previous animal purchase. We were still very friendly and cooperative despite the issue, but the service we received from the manager was not great at all. He would not even look at us or wanted to find a solution. I would recommend going to a different pet store if you are looking for a great service and accurate information. It seemed like the information within the team were not coherent.

The store is well stocked with inventory and pristine throughout. The staff I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!I was there to inquire about Tinley, cat up for adoption and purchased a parrot perch.Excellent business and people!HIGHLY Recommend shopping here.
