“Mike was fantastic and cannot recommend him and the Instamek team enough! Called them around 9am today and Mike was onsite for 1:30pm and had my wife's car back running within an hour. Between diagnosing the issue and making the repairs, he was knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had! “When I needed a boost they came quick and were affordable. Today I was driving my big septic truck down a long hill and my brakes started to go. Rick happened to smell and see me and stopped his truck to make sure I was good. He helped me look over the truck and gave me some tips to safely get down the rest of the way down the hill. Hopefully I make it”

“amazing and kind service! my apartment does a no visitor parking between 2am-7am, and was late on moving my moms cars (who was visiting), and ran out as the tow truck came by my lot at 215am. explained the situation and the gentleman wouldn’t take money but insisted i move it and don’t let it happen again. appreciate it so much as this would have been a huge hassle a payment. thank you!”

Once inside, he communicated the process clearly with flexible scheduling options. He also arranged for our courtesy car and made everything seem so easy and effortless. When it was time to bring the vehicle in, Daniel had phoned me ahead of time and was proactive to ensure that there were no surprises. The rental car arrived on time and I couldn't believe how seamless the experience all was. The job was finished ahead of schedule and looked fantastic - like brand new!
