I went to babies r us, and had the best customer service with Andrea and Tanya! I highly recommend asking for either of these amazing knowledgeable ladies to help you with you all your baby needs! Between personal experience and product knowledge I felt extremely informed about anything I had inquired about! I will most definitely be back in the future and I hope to see them then as well! Great job ladies and thank you so much?

The entire Kelowna team at Toys R Us are simply “AMAZING!” ?I have preordered and had set aside through customer service special items for my 2 year old grandson Henry to make special moments in his life “Magical!”Play house, which right from customer greeting to customer service right to young gentleman that assisted senior grand mother squeeze into her small SUV, assisted myself to get playhouse delivered and set up just in time from Henry’s home arrival from daycare! ??Sandbox red crab which toys r us team assisted myself to select crayola purple non-toxic sand and squeeze that into small SUV!When young toys r us gentleman and I successfully wrestled crab sandbox with multiple bags of purple sand we literally “high fived” one another and cheered with laughter!Henry adores his items each and every day thanks to Canadian local storeAs a previous dental professor I am thrilled to have these items, as well as most recently purchased art white/chalk board, which is part of Henry’s daily advancement with education and making learning fun!Please post this to many, as I feel that each and every member of this Kelowna team should not only be recognized, but rewarded for their “Most Excellent Service!”

Some good..some average displays in store. Biased of course, but overall a clean store with a good layout and friendly staff. Shelves were stocked high... and so are the prices! Good lord! In my day Lego was a nickel! Ok not that cheap but also not $234 ... crikey!

It was a great selection and lots of very accommodating staff. I asked one person if they could open a box for me and it was, "come with me so I can grab a knife". Awesome service.

We have not bought a baby seat in over 30 years and were uncertain which one would suit our needs. Tanya, an excellent and knowledgeable store clerk took all the time required to explain the features, requirements for installation, and proper fitting of the harness for the seat. Thanks very much Tanya, a great help and very much appreciated :)

We had such an incredible Babies R Us experience in July. We are first time parents and had a rough idea of what we were looking for, but were very overwhelmed with all the choices. Susan found us in the car seat aisle and helped us with EVERYTHING! She had invaluable advice on car seats, bassinets, playpens, crib mattresses, sleep schedules, cats and babies, crib bedding and so much more! There were no stupid questions - she was so incredibly patient and I felt so relieved when we left. She helped us find what we needed with no pressure. 100% recommend Babies R Us, but especially Susan.

Love this location! Employees on the floor are always super helpful in finding things and I had a great conversation with one of the female cashiers about the figurine I was buying (so glad you are carrying NECA figurines!) You can tell the employees love the products!!

I really don’t like shopping at this Toys R Us, it has to be the worst one I’ve been to. There is always no one around to help. There were plenty of times when I was pregnant where I stood around looking at baby things and not one sales person asked me if they could help. I left and went to Baby and Me and they were amazing and let me test out strollers.The only reason I came back today was because other stores were out of stock of the 2 things I needed. While in the store I found a shelf on sale, I spent 5 minutes walking around trying to find someone to help me so I could purchase it. Giving up I went to the cash register, the two young girls that were there didn’t even seem remotely interested in their job and neither of them could give me a straight answer about the shelf. Saying it could be out of stock but not actually double checking for me or helping me. I wasn’t even offered a bag for the few things I purchased. And got a mumbled “have a good day”. I’m a business owner, I would not be happy if my employees were treating customers that way. This is the last time I shop here. I’ll find somewhere else to purchase my baby and child prodtucts/toys.

Toys R UsTo tell the truth, I was hesitant to come to ToysRUs the in first place. My memories of the place from 20 years ago aren’t great. I still held the impression that Toys “R” Us was waaay overpriced, and not to bother. I’m glad that I decided to take a look.I went in to purchase a booster seat for my 4 1/2-year-old son. The staff was excellent. The baby expert, Tanya, after asking about some of my son‘s needs, helped me find the ideal booster seat for my needs and and EXPLAINED TO ME WHY it was the best choice. It was even on sale! She was great.I also spoke with the manager, Adrian, regarding some other things in the store and I found him extremely helpful and accommodating. I was very impressed with staff at the store. Will come again!

Good place to see toys with a lot of varieties.Kids live it. It is definitely more expensive than online or other stores, but sometimes it worth to buy here.

All the toys are name brands which is ideal. But majority of items are around 50 dollars and up or break your kids heart. Just a heads up.

After a not good interaction with an employee on the phone the manager Andrea took care of everything at the store in person. She was calm and understanding of the situation and deserves a raise. Her people skills are the best!!! Thanks again for helping out and getting the bike my daughter is now in love with!!

I picked out a product online and opted to pick it up via curbside pick up to save unnecessary hassle. My online experience of finding a great product was great... But when I went to pick it up in the store, it was different. I tried curbside pick up - called and texted the store but nobody responded. Then I went into the store and the man who was helping me with the pick up was quite rude. I had my confirmation email as well as all of the notifications (plus I had ID on me and could have given any detail of the order, as it was in my name) and apparently due to the format of the confirmation being off (data issues on my phone?) I was given a hard time in picking it up. I'm a big believer in being solution-focussed with customers and felt this was unnecessarily difficult for a very simple transaction! Anyway, I will go back as I always love the selection of Toys R us and maybe this person was just having a bad day!
