“Kate was amazing! She is efficient and smart and took my reservation quickly. When I arrived she was very good at explaining everything to me and got my documentation in. I rushed to pick up a bookcase and return the trailer before they closed and I arrived back 2 minutes after closing. Kate was again super helpful and kind and helped me return the trailer even though she had to stay a little later. This was amazing and beyond the call of duty for her to do!
