The bookstore is good, and I've been there dozens of times over the years. That said, this is also the only bookstore I've been to where the staff have yelled at me from behind the checkout counter or ranted about my generation being illiterate (unprompted) while I was browsing the aisles.

This place has really nice and helpful staff. They have a variety of different clothing with the UBC logo for everyone.
