Lots of lovely jewellery here. I try to get diamond studs from the Bay on their black friday sales.The staff were all friendly and well put together.The store is laid out nicely and intuitively.

Now it is not this location that caused the problem but didn’t do anything to resolve it either! I brought two watches in to have the batteries replaced. They tell me that my watches are to difficult to work on so they need to send them to Burnaby to have the batteries replaced. I agreed to wait and two weeks later they call me to say one of my watches is back... I pick it up and inquire what is the problem, and why did they only send one watch back? See assures me there is no problem and it will be in next week.... week goes by and I go back to pick it up and its not there... Now I’m getting concerned that they lost my watch, again the lady assures me there is not problem and she says she will “FAX” Burnaby and find out why it is taking so long..... two days go by and get a phone call saying the crown was broken and needed to be replaced which will cost $100 more! First of all I know the Crown was not broken when I dropped it off as I had changed the time when I realized the battery was dead. They insisted it was broken before they opened it up to change the battery? Why would it take so long to tell me it had a broken crown in the first place? Other than an apology from the nice women in Kelowna there was nothing they were willing to do about it! I will never take a time piece in for repair or buy one from the Bay ever again....

I didnt have anything fixed or replaced, but the lady who was working there was extremely helpful and kind.
