“I always have a great experience at FA14+ no matter which store I am in. The Kelowna store is great and Even if they don’t have a size in store they offer to find it in another store. Great customer service. Sometimes hard to get there because I work full time and can’t get downtown on weekdays but always available on weekends or most holidays! My favourite go-to for office and casual clothing.”
“10-26-25 The service I received today at Torrid Orchard Park Mall was above and beyond excellent. And this is not the first time H.D. and Natasha have been kind, helpful, and run off their feet to service the customers.
While I was in the change room Natasha was calling customers by name and offering to help get other sizes. Asking how we were doing. And she was my extra steps as my right knee makes me limp. H.D. was at the counter taking sales and answering questions customers have. Example, what’s the current sale today? Do these slacks come in extra tall? And she did not miss a step, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
The service provided by these two girls is truly your very best reflection of Torrid. And I shop other stores in our Kelowna mall and do not receive anywhere near the brilliant service offered by H.D. And Natasha.

“I have been a customer & client of Sweet Repeats since Deb became the new owner.
I don’t live in Kelowna and Deb has often accommodated me when I have come to town. Deb once held an incredible bag that I saw on the store Facebook post until i could get to the store a couple of days later! The pieces chosen for the store are of excellent quality and style.
Deb has made the store her own and implemented many improvements. She is gracious, personable and kind. Each time I’ve come into the store I am so impressed at how beautifully laid out & organized the store has been.
I consign clothes here and am also a customer. I’ve always had a very positive experience in the store. I‘ve found some fantastic pieces and Kathy has been great at helping to find them or bringing me an outfit I might not have considered. She has a real talent for fashion and is gifted at styling clothes on women.
Deb is very community oriented and has recently begun working with a local organization with a goal to give back.

“I went into Old Navy today and had a great experience. I shop here often and it’s always good, but today really stood out. I was looking for a black pair of pants, but they were out of stock, so one of the employees suggested the same style in dark purple. I tried them on and loved them—they fit perfectly.
I also found a top I liked, but it wasn’t in my size. Another employee took the time to search the store until we found the right size. Both employees were super positive and went above and beyond to help. I wish I knew their names.
The person at the till was also very friendly and kind, as always. This is why I love shopping here great service and a welcoming atmosphere.”

“My mom and were shopping and had a couple of items put aside at the front checkout so we could keep looking around and when we went to pay were told that one of the items (a simple black tshirt) was accidentally sold to another shopper and they don't have another one in store. Without missing a beat the young woman (maybe manager?) that was helping us at the til came back to us and explained the situation, ordered my moms shirt with free priority shipping to her house and gave her a gift card (for double the value of the shirt) for the inconvenience. We were blown away by how amazingly this was handled and 2 days before Christmas in retail, these people deserve a medal”

“I usually do all my buying at one board shop. I was looking for a particular All Star shoe that were not available at one. So I thought I would check out Premium the sister store of one. I was knocked out by the selection and prices. Very impressed ?. The staff were top shelf with the exception of one person. NANCY, she was over the top… she hit all the numbers…. Very happy to help you,, new every thing about the product and shared her opinion on the product. If she felt it wasn't right she would tell you and suggest something more accomodating. I feel she is a diamond in the rough. I will spread the word about Premium and to search out Nancy for everything you are looking for or just her honest opinion and a great smile?

“Loved their Boxing Day sale, otherwise find this place to be a bit pricy for inexpensive factory clothing. Hot tip: I fit into the children's size 16 Carhart overalls which were a fraction of the price for women's size in the same overalls, saved myself a bundle for work pants which I needed on the farm!”
