Terrific experience with Zcafe. They ordered a big heavy espresso machine for shipping in Quebec and got fast quick arrived. They gave step by step instructions, insight and recommandations for care, how to prime, plumb and filter the water. Their knowledgeable someone answered questions promptly were very nice manners on the phone. Prices remain competitive and they shipping an E61 grouphead thermometer from their Ontario warehouse shortly after heavy floods. Highly recommend their great service.
