CityWest is the best for customer service and delivering on what they promise. Fast internet and extremely helpful and responsive if anything isn't working as it should. I also really like that they are local to our region!

Always friendly and helpful, provides reliable service. Most importantly for me is the fact that they are local, not some giant conglomerate. If I ever move back to he island I will definitely choose them if they are available! I've already told my friends on the Island to switch to Citywest if and when they can! ❤️

Worst ever!!!. Never open to pay and my daughter constantly is getting bills from them and they can not spell her last name right even though she has told them every time she gets a bill from them!
