“Many years ago, early 90s I believe I had John check out a brand new desk top we had just purchased. As soon as a certain program was selected to operate the hard drive slowly fell apart. We had the seller in to check out the issue and he supposedly fixed the problem but later that day, back to the same issue. I called John and the next day our computer was back and worked with all the included programs running. Excellant service than and I just had my present laptop in to fix a problem and the same excellant service at a reasonable rate today. Way to go John!”
