Save-On-Foods in Kitimat is well stocked with a huge variety of food, fresh produce, and products. This includes daily needs like bread, milk, and spices, plus many pre-cooked meal options. The store has sufficient parking and space inside, with both self-checkout counters and staffed billing. Prices are fair and comparable to other grocery stores. Service is generally decent, with clerks described as fantastic, always helpful, kind, and positive. The pharmacy is also great. They offer a reward card for points and discounts. Sometimes it can take a while to get help at self check-out, but the experience is very good.

They have a huge variety of pre cooked meal options for a person like myself,I stay in an Air B&B so it's a treat to be able to have a home cooked meal as opposed to fast food.And they are open late.
