I don't even want to give half a star. Every time I go, I am forced to give a tip, even if I only buy one bottle of cola. The staff here are also very rude, which makes me very disappointed with this 711 store.

Was denied service due to the worker 12am Friday morning saying he doesn't want to check my tickets even though they are all winners. I accepted not to receive cash and use it for other ticket purchases. After 1 ticket I left I wanted to buy more but wasn't allowed to. Worker kept saying machine to slow and didn't wanna deal with it with validating other tickets.

Sometimes the stuff are slow I was at the counter and there was a man there for about 10 minutes talking to the lady while I was standing behind waiting in line

Older woman customer service clerk is so rude.Makes you feel as though it's personal until you see other customers widening their eyes at her chopped remarks to them as well. As a result of my encounter with her this morning I decided not to continue my Saturday morning ritual there of buying the weekend newspapers and the lottery tickets for the office and fuelling up. I'm not expecting balloons and cheeriness but her inability to be even the slightest bit polite is enough to make me move on.

Very hit and miss here. Majority of the staff are quite rude, especially the younger man who refuses to look at you or interact with you. There are two 'older' women who work here, one is lovely and the other is very rude and has poor customer service (I'll update if I can grab their names). My daughter pointed at a bag of chips with her foot once, as it was on the bottom row, the rude older woman told her not to touch the product and then proceeded to open mouth cough over all the food she was restocking. The store isn't very clean. I was also denied scanning my optimum card by the rude older woman, she only would take my 711 rewards which I told her I don't use due to the ap crashing constantly.The owner has replied with a link for a survey, which I've already explained here multiple experiences. Maybe they should invest in customer service training and secret shoppers if they want to better their customer service.

Sales Associates are required to work both the front register and in the kitchen at the same time. The kitchen is disgusting, and absolutely zero care is put into the quality of the food whatsoever. Food safe practices are not adhered to, and frankly, what you get when you spend money there is of a level that you can tell zero caring was put into a quality product or a positive consumer experience.
