This 7-Eleven is hands down one of the best stores on the island! They’re always fully stocked with all the treats and essentials, and their coffee station is top-notch. The store is spotlessly clean, and the customer service is fantastic—friendly and helpful every time. It’s my go-to spot for quick stops, and they never disappoint!

This sev is nicely merchandised, clean, & the staff are all so friendly and helpfulHOWEVERThe slurpees at this location are soooo yuck. 80% of the slurpees are always soo watery and gross. It's really dissapointing. PLEASE tend to the slurpee machines, some of us need a nice ACTUALLY frothy slurpee. I've been here 100s of times and the Pepsi slurpee is always NASTY and it makes me so sad.SOS HEADOFFICE, S0S.

They have excellent service providing staff . All staff members are well trained for customer service. My favourite is new guy robin along with good salesman he is very ethical and helpful as i was waiting in line up and analyses his behaviour in front of me with all other customers was very friendly and polite the way he talked to everyone does not matter any one is aged or kid or same age he is helping everyone with such a kindness. :) he is doing great job

None of the staff are trained in policies, and if they are, they only act on it based on discriminatory reason. I was just accused of being a thief by the an East Indian front counter worker and his reasoning was that “there are so many people in here,” then it was “you know wearing a bag like that and a coat like that.” It is currently pouring rain so I was wearing my raincoat and my waterproof backpack but I guess that me wearing waterproof gear while it’s raining means I’m a thief. This occurred at 12:47am and there were 0 other people in there until I went to pay. He insisted it was store policy I take my bag off, then when I argued he said it was on the window outside, I looked, it wasn’t. At the end he told me to google the store policy on backpacks and carry bags, hey buddy, the store policy says nothing on backpacks, but nice try. You discriminated me for being young and wearing black. As I said to him earlier, it’s probably in his best interest to learn his store policies before trying to enforce policies that the company doesn’t have.Another example of an employee either being ignorant of policies or knowing them and not caring, the balding, long bearded employee was selling me smokes for about 2 weeks (I’m 25) and have been using an expired Alberta ID which rarely causes issues as I’m no less 25 years old regardless of it being expired or not. On the last day I purchased smokes from this location he refused to sell me smokes because I looked too young and was using an expired ID, even though this man had been selling me cigarettes for the last 2 weeks with no issue. There is 1 staff member who is nice and it’s a young native man. The rest are absolutely incompetent

A favorite 7-11 when commuting from mid-island to South Island. Always open, gas bar, hot food, right across from Transfer Beach where you can rest, eat, walk the doggies and enjoy the scenery in Ladysmith.

Classic 7-11. Really expensive right now because of inflation but in a pinch this is the place to go. Kinda dirty, kinda clean. Funny and kinda professional employees.

Was in there at july 17th 1 am grab a Buffalo chicken tikieto and 1.5L dr pepper tossed cashier a 20 and left some drunk girl could not figure out her money problems welcome my dudes

Excellent service! What a nice manager. Sahab Ji is such a friendly and helpful manager. Best 711 I’ve ever been to. Bathrooms were also super clean.

Went to do an early morning propane exchange (r.v. furnace) I was told they don't do that until after 7 am...COMPLETE LIE...had to wait until the new staff started their shift...will not return
