The Ladysmith Visitor Centre is centrally located at 33 Roberts St. just off our historic First Avenue. Our Tourism Counsellors are excited to help you discover some of our hidden treasures and provide information on our events, cultural & historic attractions, artisans, outdoor recreation, relocation, maps, accommodations, dining, shopping and more. Free Wifi/Public Washrooms.

Very friendly energetic helpful staff. Picked up the heritage walking tours brochures and a map of Chemainus. They have a lot of helpful tourist items

The whole community of Ladysmith is such a warm and welcoming environment…we found our way around the community with ease…the information provided was very helpful…this community has a very vibrant downtown and on our time there , a film crew had the community’s attention..
