Medication was to be picked up. As I had been in a premise where the coronavirus had caused ailments to a close friend, I contacted the Pharmasave and asked if they may please deliver. Ensuring that I stay away from the public for a duration, I thank Pharmasave very much for delivering my prescription. To add on to that, it was delivered keeping distance with a smile. Thank-you so much.

What a disappointment… I went into this pharmacy to transfer my stroke medication from Nelson BC to this place because of the fantastic reviews.I was in yesterday to let them know what I need and they assured me they would have it ready once they received it.Today I called after work to confirm I could pickup my stroke meds, as they are desperately needed, but when I called the pharmacist went on to tell me they didn’t have it and it was destroyed by the other facility.I talked to Nelson Remedy RX (the other facility) and they told me exactly where it was sent, when and who they spoke to. After confronting the pharmacist regarding this, and my meds, he just dismissed it.I asked about an emergency supply, but he refused to do anything without a doctor’s order. This is appalling, I am very disappointed!

Every. Single. Time. I’ve gone in here the staff go absolutely above and beyond. They are always friendly and thrilled to answer any questions you may have, they always try to find solutions for you without being prompted to, and ALWAYS are overall lovely to deal with. I wish more pharmacies were like this. Customer for life.Employees have always been helpful, they make sure to ask how my medication is working and if I've noticed any side effects yet every time I refill.Very knowledgeable staff you can usually talk to the same person instead of a random pharmacist each time like larger pharmacy chains.I would recommend them to anyone with a prescription!!
