So freaking slow... not enough staff. Managers are to busy laughing and joking in the back which can be heard out front instead of assisting.

Phone system is a joke. Can’t even call the branch. I’ve been with TD for 30 years and all branches have phone numbers to speak to a local person. Huge RBC fail.

Visited the Ladysmith RBC yesterday with my father as we had to settle some estate details as my mother passed away earlier this month.
Upon entering the bank there were several tellers/staff that warmly greeted us. We were swiftly serviced and directed to our meeting with Megan Newton a banking advisor. She was warm & friendly and was prepared for our meeting. She educated us on the status of my mom's affairs at the bank and provided insights on what we had to do.
Once done the immediate tasks she offered us future guidance and made us feel welcome to reach out for any future help we need.
During this difficult time and meeting with different insinuations/businesses this encounter exceeded expectations.
