Save-On-Foods in Ladysmith is an excellent store with helpful staff. Customers find it the best grocery store to shop, noting reasonable prices for most things, though some vegetables are seen as expensive. The store offers fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh meat, and a variety of cheeses, milk, and other products supporting local processors. Staff are friendly and provide exemplary customer service, going above and beyond, such as by assisting with last-minute bakery orders or offering to reach items. The bakery receives praise for amazing decorated cakes. However, one customer was disappointed with a muffin purchase, finding a lack of mixed berries inside despite good taste. The online ordering service is also noted as very fast and efficient.
I really love the store the service is great the people are friendly. Why are there advertising signs on the road in front of the store. It's a fire lane.

One of two local grocery stores. Both are quite good. Wes is our favorite cashier. One big negative are the two in the meat area like cutters. Very annoyed when you ask for help. We love the Woodgrove Save on if we need that service or the competitor Country Grocer in Ladysmith.
