I met with Grace at Ladysmith Waypoint Insurance twice in the past month. On both occasions she was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Today I went in with an inquiry about the rebate. It wasn't a cut and dried question, but she figured out what I was looking for and gave me the correct information. Great service Grace !

Took us only 15-18mins for the transfer/ documentation.
They are attentive and communication was on point. Free Pen as a souvenir is a plus! ?
They provide an awesome service!
They’re open on Saturdays too which is really great!
