What a great store! We absolutely love the king bedding we purchased. As well as the candles, lotion, bamboo towel and my latest purchase is one of the Espen Purses in mustard and black and I’ve been receiving compliments.

This boutique in Lake Country has beautifully curated items with a vast variety of linens, decor, bath & body, seasonal decor & more & more & more!!! The atmosphere is so inviting as is the talented, friendly & warm owner Mara. A must visit shop while on holidays in the Okanagan or for the lucky locals a destination for a girls shopping date.

What a gem! The new Modern Cottage Home Decor Boutique in Turtle Bay Crossing is one of a kind. The owner Mara has an extraordinary talent to decorate all the beautiful home decor in her store so it looks like out of a magazine. Mara is so skillful in sourcing new decor items all the time and it shows in the exquisite quality of the products. The perfect place to get gifts or shop for your own home.

This boutique is absolutely fabulous and a must see while in Lake Country. I bought a Turkish towel and my only regret is not buying more of these soft, luxurious multi purpose towels. Highly recommend this boutique for your home decor needs and more! LOVE LOVE everything about this store and Mara is wonderful too!
